Once the balls were nice and firm (from getting a chill in the freezer) I stuck on with a toothpick then dipped it into the white chocolate. Here’s how I assembled these fun peanut butter eyeballs. If you’d prefer, you could use regular white chocolate in place of white candy melts. I used Candy Melts because they harden quickly and very hard.
